I had a pretty mixed experience at this hotel. While it was secluded and offered a nice, quiet atmosphere, the maintenance issues like hot water and the presence of flies were quite off-putting. The staff showed varying levels of attentiveness, and the breakfast was just adequate. Overall, it’s not a place I would recommend based on my stay.

Our family had an amazing time at this resort during our scuba trip. The rooms were clean, spacious, and offered stunning ocean views. I had a fantastic stay at Playa Azul! The hotel is lovely and clean, with wonderfully comfortable rooms. The snorkeling right at the hotel was a highlight, and the staff made us feel so welcome. While I had a bit of an issue with the initial room assignment, the overall experience was top-notch. Dining was a treat, especially breakfast. I wish the Wi-Fi was complimentary, but that was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise great trip.
